Terms of Service

By booking a sim racing slot with Dads' Racing Services ("DRS"), you agree to these terms for event participation and notifications.

Booking Terms

• Bookings are for the selected timeslot and event only.
• Arrive early and provide your confirmation code at check-in.
• No-show or late arrival may result in reassignment of your slot.

SMS Terms

• By checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive event-related text notifications from HyprDev.
• Msg/data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan.
• Message frequency varies by booking activity.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS notifications.
• Reply HELP for help, email support@hyprdev.co, or call 949.627.1899.

Liability

Participation in sim events is at your own risk. DRS is not liable for interruptions caused by venue, network, or equipment issues outside reasonable operational control.
